Easy Mercy

Mercy, by definition, is the ability to cause harm but consciously choosing compassion. In recent months I've been on a path to take better care of myself mentally and emotionally, and while every day is a struggle to choose light over dark, over time it has started to become a little bit easier. This weblog is my attempt to show up for myself and continue to choose mercy every day, I chose to make it public in hopes that its visibility may add accountability.
